Krissy White is a Licensed Profession Counselor who has obtained the Level 1 Professional Training Certificate by the Telebehavioral Health Institute. Krissy’s experience began in 2011. She enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and families. Krissy’s specialities include treating those who have Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, and Gender Diversity.
Working with a vast population and diagnoses, Krissy gained experience on how to connect with people so that they feel comfortable to share their story and begin the healing process. When receiving therapy from Krissy you can expect a safe and therapeutic environment to process the past and learn new skills to cope.
Krissy obtained her Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Her theory of choice is a combination of Cognitive Behavior Theory, Solution Focused Theory, and Person Centered Theory. She has found that these theories compliment each other to provide inspiration and empowerment to support making a change to become a healthier individual.
